fristly in a pan fewv roast slowly moong daal till some oc the lrntil turn golden and aromatic.in a another pan pour 9/10 cup of water become hot.
Add (washed and sosked) rice and potatoes after 2minute after 2minute add moong daal,pumkin,greated green chillies,salt cooked for 5minutes,add chana daal,turmeric,sugar,ginger paste.
After 10 minute rice and daal cooked and become thicky add cumin and corisnder powder.now make kichidi tadka in a kadai or pan heat oil add bay leaves,dry chillies saute and add greated ginger,pachporon saute for few seconds or till the aromatic.
Now pour cooked kichidi on the tadkas pan cooked for 1 to 2 minute become thicky tight,at the last add ghee.now Khichidi is ready serve with aloo,begun bhaja.
