Take besan in a bowl
Add salt,ginger paste and green chilli
Take water and whisk finely
Add baking soda and citric acid
Check consistency add required water
Take capsicum and pour battar in it
And pour rest battar in cup cake moulds
Cook in steamer for 15 to 20 min.
Now for tadka heat oil add mustard seeds,hing and curry leaves
Add green chillies and half cup of water
Add 1 tsp sugar
Demould dhokla from moulds and temper them
Sprinkle seasme seeds,coconut,coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls
