Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup besan


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 3/4 tsp citric acid


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1 big green cappsicum deseeded and cut from upside


  • 1 tbspp oil for tadka


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 3 green chillies slit lengthwise


  • 8 curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp grated coconut


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp seasme seeds


  • 1 tsp pomegranate pearls

Directions

  • Take besan in a bowl
  • Add salt,ginger paste and green chilli
  • Take water and whisk finely
  • Add baking soda and citric acid
  • Check consistency add required water
  • Take capsicum and pour battar in it
  • And pour rest battar in cup cake moulds
  • Cook in steamer for 15 to 20 min.
  • Now for tadka heat oil add mustard seeds,hing and curry leaves
  • Add green chillies and half cup of water
  • Add 1 tsp sugar
  • Demould dhokla from moulds and temper them
  • Sprinkle seasme seeds,coconut,coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls
