Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup oats for lolipops


  • 1/2 cup suji


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum


  • 1 tbsp grated carrot


  • 2 tbsp fine chopped onion


  • 2 tbsp grated paneer


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 3 tbsp oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • Take oats in mixi and grind them
  • Add all given ingredents and spices and make like a dough
  • Take a greased tray and spread evenly all mixture in it
  • Keep in freeze for 20 min.
  • Then cut in desired shape
  • And shallow fry them on tawa
  • Insert sticks in all of them
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with sauce
