Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup flour


  • 1 tsp yeast


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves


  • 1 cup flour for samosa


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 2 boiled potato


  • 1/2 cup boiled peas


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt as per taste


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 7 kishmish


  • 2 tbsp cashew pieces


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 4 curry leaves and coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp fennel powder


  • 3 tbsp harisa dressing of veeba


  • 3 tbsp Southwest dressing of veeba


  • 3 lettuce leaves


  • 1 onion slices


  • 2 tbsp butter for cooking

Directions

  • For kulchha take all given ingredents and make dough
  • Leave covered for 30 min.
  • Then devide in equal parts and roll down
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and again roll lightly
  • Cook on tawa from both sides
  • For samosa take all ingredents and make a dough
  • Cover and keep aside
  • For Make stuffing heat pan
  • Add oil hing and jeera
  • Add ginger paste and green chilli
  • Add boiled potato and peas and cook
  • Add spices and mix all of them
  • Add coriander leaves
  • Niw devide dough in equal parts and roll down oblong
  • And cut from middle
  • Seal straight side with water and make shape of samosa
  • Fill it with filling
  • Heat oil and make all samosa like this and fry them
  • For serving heat pan add butter
  • Put kulcha and cook it
  • Spread desired dressing
  • Then lettuce and onion slices
  • Then put samosa on it
  • And cook till crispy
  • Serve hot
