For kulchha take all given ingredents and make dough
Leave covered for 30 min.
Then devide in equal parts and roll down
Sprinkle coriander leaves and again roll lightly
Cook on tawa from both sides
For samosa take all ingredents and make a dough
Cover and keep aside
For Make stuffing heat pan
Add oil hing and jeera
Add ginger paste and green chilli
Add boiled potato and peas and cook
Add spices and mix all of them
Add coriander leaves
Niw devide dough in equal parts and roll down oblong
And cut from middle
Seal straight side with water and make shape of samosa
Fill it with filling
Heat oil and make all samosa like this and fry them
For serving heat pan add butter
Put kulcha and cook it
Spread desired dressing
Then lettuce and onion slices
Then put samosa on it
And cook till crispy
Serve hot
