Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Peanuts-1 cup


  • Garlic cloves-6-7


  • Ginger-1 inch


  • Green Chilli -2


  • Dry Red Chilli -2


  • Mustard Seeds -1/2tbsp


  • Lemon Juice -2tbsp


  • Salt as per taste


  • Cooking Oil

Directions

  • Heat a pan, dry roast the peanuts, take it out and cool it.
  • Add roasted peanuts, green chilli, ginger, garlic,salt and sufficient water in a mixer grinder jar and grind it well into a smooth paste.
  • Take it out in a bowl, add lemon juice into it and mix it.
  • Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds and dry red chilli into it, fry it for few seconds and then pour the tadka in the chutney, mix it and serve it.
