Fristly,take warm milk in a bowl take yeast and sugar mix them keep them aside for 10mintue.
In a mixing bowl,sieve the purpose flour add curd,salt,1tsp oil,baking powder and yeast mixtures now mix the ingredients well with hand.knead doug if dough become tight then using little water and make the soft smooth dough,cover it with damp cloth let is rest for 1hour.
Now make stuffing in a bowl take boiled mashed potatoes,greated paneer,chopped onion,chilli,red chilli,cumin powder,garam masala powder mix them well.add kasuri methi mix all the ingredients well now stuffing is ready.
Now take kulchas dough,make balls out of the dough.roll it to small disc,stuff the masala mixture ball and seal the edges.
Dust it with purpose flour and flatten these balls to thick kulcha paratha.now sprinkle sesema seeds and kasuri methi and roll it slighty.
Heat a dosa pan,or (tawa) greas it with oil or butter,place the flattened kulchas carefully.fry them medium flame,fry on both side by drizzling oil or butter.once it is gloden,remove from the flame.
Serve it with daal makhni or curd.
