Ingredients
Serves 6
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup whole wheat Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Salt 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons Tomato (rinse and finely chopped)
3/4 cup grated cheese (shredded or cubes)
1 tablespoon Onion finely chopped
Carrot finely chopped 2 tablespoon
Boiled corns 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Cheese slices 2
Directions
First of all , combine all dry ingredients in a clean large bowl.Whisk until all spices very well combine .
At this time add tomato, carrots , onion and cheese and coat it very well.
Now add wet ingredients milk and oil.
Gently fold all ingredients and pour into greased tin .
Sprinkle few Coriander leaves on the top.
Place it into preheated oven on 350' f or 180 ' c for 30 minutes or till golden .
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve hot with ketchup . Sprinkle few chilly flakes and garnish with cheese slices while serving.
This pizza cake will be gooey not crunchy like pizza. But texture is very good and healthy option for your dear ones.
