Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 2cup greated or chopped kochu(arbi)


  • 1cup chopped cabbage


  • 1tbsp onion chopped


  • 1tsp chopped green chilli


  • 1tsp red chilli


  • 2tsp garam masala


  • 2/3 pinch of turmeric


  • water 2/3tsp


  • 1tsp salt as required


  • 1/2cup basan flour


  • 2tsp cornflour


  • 1/2cup moong daal paste


  • 3 cup oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Fristly in a bowl,take all the ingredients mix all things together.mix the batter using little water and mix well and thicky and tight batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan,once hot oil,mow the batter shape ball size with hand,drop in the hot oil and fry it medium flam to perfectly inner cooked the arbies and fry it until golden brown.drain it with kitchen tissue paper.
  • Serve it with sauce and green chutney.
