Fristly,wash kakrol(spine gourds).scrap the rough skin with the peeler,cut them into two pieces lengthwise.
Now boil the kakrols in salted water,for the 10-15 minutes until the seeds become tender.
Drain water and let them cool down.remove the seeds with a spoon,keep them aside.
Now make stuffing,in a bowl take boiled potatoes,chana daal,boiled spine gourds seeds mashed them mix by your hand.
Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion,chillies saute them add greated ginger,add mustard,poppy seeds paste cooked them for 1 few minute,add coconut paste(greated),red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,sugar and salt (to taste) saute them till beccome aroma.
Now add all the mashed mixtures,saute it for 2minutes become thick snd tight stuffing.when stuffing is ready and leaves the stuffing cool down aside.
Now take spoonful of the mixture and fill the kakrol pieces one by one.keep them aside.
Now make batter in a bowl take basan,cornflour,rice flour,purpose flour and salt and turmeric mix them well make thick batter.
Heat oil in pan,now dip stuffing kakrol in batter.drop in the hot oil.fry until golden on both side.drain them on a kitchen tissue.
Serve hot Kakrol pakoras with sauce or green chutney.
