Chop top and bottom of banana.
Make slit on banana peel.
Peel off skin.
Heat cooking oil for deep fry.
Mix salt and water in a bowl, keep aside.
Use the slicer and slice the banana directly over the hot oil.
Saute in medium flame, till crispy.
Add some of the salt mix into crispy banana.
Drain the water, remove on big pan with oil absorbent paper.
Fry all in batches and serve with hot coffee or tea.
