  • Nendra Banana 6

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Water 2 tbs

  • Coconut oil 1 ltr


  • Chop top and bottom of banana.
  • Make slit on banana peel.
  • Peel off skin.
  • Heat cooking oil for deep fry.
  • Mix salt and water in a bowl, keep aside.
  • Use the slicer and slice the banana directly over the hot oil.
  • Saute in medium flame, till crispy.
  • Add some of the salt mix into crispy banana.
  • Drain the water, remove on big pan with oil absorbent paper.
  • Fry all in batches and serve with hot coffee or tea.
