Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • For dough - 3-4 nos. boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs


  • 2 tsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1tsp salt


  • For stuffing - 1/4 cup grated dry coconut


  • 2 tsp ginger green chilli paste


  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves


  • 4-5 cashew nuts finely chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • First for dough - take boiled potatoes ,mash it properly . Now add brrad crumbs ,corn flour , black pepper powder and salt . Mix well and make a fine dough .
  • For stuffing - in a small bowl , take grated dry coconut ,now add ginger green chilli paste ,lemon juice ,cashew nuts coriander leaves and salt per taste . Mix all ingredients well . Stuffing is ready keep it aside .
  • Now take dough and take small portion of it and flatten it on palm . Then put 2 tsp stuffing on Center . Close from sides propely and make a ball. Repeat this process with remaining dough and make more balls .
  • Now in a kadai take oil , when oil is getting hot fry these patties balls until they becomes golden brown in color . Indori patties are ready . Serve hot with green chutney .
