First for dough - take boiled potatoes ,mash it properly . Now add brrad crumbs ,corn flour , black pepper powder and salt . Mix well and make a fine dough .
For stuffing - in a small bowl , take grated dry coconut ,now add ginger green chilli paste ,lemon juice ,cashew nuts coriander leaves and salt per taste . Mix all ingredients well . Stuffing is ready keep it aside .
Now take dough and take small portion of it and flatten it on palm . Then put 2 tsp stuffing on Center . Close from sides propely and make a ball. Repeat this process with remaining dough and make more balls .
Now in a kadai take oil , when oil is getting hot fry these patties balls until they becomes golden brown in color . Indori patties are ready . Serve hot with green chutney .
