Mix all the igredients and make a fluffy batter out of it.
Mix veggies and allow it to rest for 10min so that oats and poha softens and doubles up .
Add more water if required to make dosa consistency.
Blending it is optional to make smooth batter.
Now on a greased tawa add 1tbsp batter ,don't spread it as shown in the picture.
Crisp them from both sides using little oil.
Poha makes them soft from inside and oats makes them crunchy from outside, a perfect mouthmelting healthy recipe.
Oats poha pancakes are ready to serve.
