Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2cup rava


  • 1/2cup poha


  • 1/2cup oats


  • 1/2cup curd


  • 1/2 cup grated carrot


  • 1small onion chopped


  • 1 Green chilli as per taste


  • 1/2tbsp salt as per taste


  • 1/4cup water if required

Directions

  • Mix all the igredients and make a fluffy batter out of it.
  • Mix veggies and allow it to rest for 10min so that oats and poha softens and doubles up .
  • Add more water if required to make dosa consistency.
  • Blending it is optional to make smooth batter.
  • Now on a greased tawa add 1tbsp batter ,don't spread it as shown in the picture.
  • Crisp them from both sides using little oil.
  • Poha makes them soft from inside and oats makes them crunchy from outside, a perfect mouthmelting healthy recipe.
  • Oats poha pancakes are ready to serve.
