Ingredients

  • 1cup thin poha


  • 2potatoes boiled and mashed


  • 1tsp chopped onion


  • 1tsp green chilli chopped


  • 1tsp greated ginger


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1tsp garam masala


  • 1/2tsp corn flour


  • 1/4tsp plain flour


  • 1/2cup bread crumb


  • oil 1cup for frying


  • 1tsp salt to taste


  • water 2cup

Directions

  • Fristly in a bowl take poha and pour water wash it.do not soak pohas .just rinse in water.
  • Drain off the water and rest poha for 5minutes. so that water is dropped down completly.
  • In a another take washed poha and boiled mashed patatoes and add chopped onion,chillies,greated ginger and spieces powders mix it well completly.
  • Now prepare a small ball sized it cutlet shape.
  • Now make a thin batter in a bowl take corn flour and plain flour and pinch of salt mix it.take bread crumb in a plate.
  • Now dip cutlet into batter.coat the cutlets with bread crum all side.
  • Heat oil in a pan,once oil heated deep fry all cutlets and fry gloden both of side.and serve it with sauce.
