Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1-1/2 cup urad daal


  • 1/2 cup moong daal


  • 1/2 kg Curd


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 2-3 tbsp Tamarind sweet chutney


  • 2-3 tbsp Green coriender


  • 1 tbsp kaju , kusmis


  • 2 tsp Tooty frooty , cherry


  • 2 cup oil

Directions

  • Take 1-1/2 cup urad daal aur 1/2 cup of moong daa lsoak in the water 4-5 hours
  • Grind it make the paste
  • Mix salt & chilly powder in the paste
  • Whick the curd and mix salt
  • Fry the bhalla and soak in water
  • Press the bhalla in hand and dip in curd
  • Take a plate and put the bhalla
  • Garnish with thick curd , sweet chutney , green chutney , coriender , jeera powder , chaat masala and dry fruits & cherry
  • Enjoy soft spongy dahi bhalle
