Take 1-1/2 cup urad daal aur 1/2 cup of moong daa lsoak in the water 4-5 hours
Grind it make the paste
Mix salt & chilly powder in the paste
Whick the curd and mix salt
Fry the bhalla and soak in water
Press the bhalla in hand and dip in curd
Take a plate and put the bhalla
Garnish with thick curd , sweet chutney , green chutney , coriender , jeera powder , chaat masala and dry fruits & cherry
