Heat oil in a pan, then Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add ginger green chilli paste and all dry spices and soute for few seconds on low flame.
Add tomato puree and mix well
and saute till oil leaves from tomato puree.
Add green peas and salt and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add one cup of water and cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Matar ka jhol is ready to eat. Serve with aalu paratha, Poori and roti.
