Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Vegies -carrot 2 chopped

  • Capsicum 1 chopped

  • Peas 1/2cup

  • Cabbage 1 cup chopoed

  • Potato chopped 2

  • Cauliflour chopped 1/2cup

  • Tomato grated 3

  • Onion chopped 2

  • Gingrr garlic,green chilli paste 1tsp

  • Water as required or 4 cup

  • Ghee 2tbsp

  • Dry masale-red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Salt as per taste or 1tsp

  • Orange food colour 2 pinch

  • Pav bhaji masala 2 tsp or as required

    First boil vegies

  • 02

    Mash vegies with beater

  • 03

    Now heat the pan add ghee

  • 04

    Now add onion ginger garlic paste

  • 05

    Add tomato grated and dry ingredients

  • 06

    Cook it 2 min

    Add mashed vegies mix it well

  • 08

    Now pour water 1 cup or as required

  • 09

    Cook it for 5 min on low flame

  • 10

    Ready to serve with pav
