Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Yoghurt -2 cup


  • Boondi-5-6 tbsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves -2tbsp


  • Roasted Cumin Powder -1tbsp


  • Roasted Red Chilli Powder -1/2 tbsp


  • Chat Masala -1tbsp


  • Black salt-1/2 tbsp


  • Green Chilli -2


  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Roast the cumin seeds and dry red chilli each and grind them alone into a fine powder. Chop the green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Beat the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, add roasted cumin powder, roasted red chilli powder, chat masala, black salt, salt, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves into it. Mix all very well.
  • Then add boondi in it, mix it and serve it by garnishing it with some coriander leaves.
