Yoghurt -2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves -2tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder -1tbsp
Roasted Red Chilli Powder -1/2 tbsp
Chat Masala -1tbsp
Black salt-1/2 tbsp
Green Chilli -2
Salt to taste
Roast the cumin seeds and dry red chilli each and grind them alone into a fine powder. Chop the green chilli and coriander leaves.
Beat the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, add roasted cumin powder, roasted red chilli powder, chat masala, black salt, salt, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves into it. Mix all very well.
Then add boondi in it, mix it and serve it by garnishing it with some coriander leaves.
