Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida

  • 1/2 cup yellow moong dal socked

  • 1/4 cup gramflour

  • 2 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 4 green chilli chopped

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  • 2 laung

  • 1 tsp zeera

  • 2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 cardamom

  • 3 tsp salt

  • 5 tbsp oil

  • 3 poteto boiled and chopped

  • 4 tometo pyuri

  • 1 tsp kari patta

    First kneed the daugh with maida ,salt,2 tsp oil and water

    Now take a pan heat 1 tb sp oil

    Add laung,zeera,cardamom

    Add socked dal

    Spread little salt close with lid for 5 min.

    Now add besan ,salt ,red,chilli pwd ,garam masala,green chilli

    Saute well till 10 min.on slow flame

    Add coriander leaves

    Off the gas

    Now make small roties of daugh

    Stuff it moong dal mixture

    Cover it like kachori

    Heat oil deep fry all kachori

    For aalu ki sabji

    Take a pan heat 1 tsp oil

    Add zeera and musterd seef

    Add tometo pyuri

    When water is socked put Potatoes chopped

    Add red chilli pwd, salt,garam masala,and green chilli chopped

    Saute it well till oil comes out

    Add kadi patta

    Now put 2 cup water

    Keep it slow flame for 10 min

    Spread coriander laves

    Ready to serve
