Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2kg paneer

  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • 2 onions boiled and paste

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2-4 green chillies

  • 1/2 tsp ginger juliens

  • 2 spoon fresh cream

  • 1 cup full cream milk

  • 2tsp pure ghee

  • 1tsp garam masala

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 2-3 green cardamom

  • 1/2tsp dried fenugreek leaves

  • 1/2tsp salt or to taste

  • 1tsp deggi chilli powder

  • 2 big onions diced

  • 2 big tomatoe diced

  • 1/2tsp turmeric

Directions

    Heat ghee in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and daute for a minute

  • 02

    Add diced onion and tomatoe and saute until onion gets little golden color

  • 03

    Now add cardamom, bay leaf, and boiled onion puree

  • 04

    Now add tomatoe puree and cook until oil separates

  • 05

    Add turmeric, garam masala, salt and little milk and cook until oil separates

  • 06

    Now add some more milk and cook for a minute

  • 07

    Cut paneer into triangles and put in the tomatoe gravy

  • 08

    Add cream and little water if required and cover and cook

  • 09

    After 5minute remove lid and swtch off the gas

  • 10

    Garnish with fenugreek leaves and ginger julieans and green chillies
