1 cup whisked yoghurt
1 cup green moong dal sprouts
1/2 cup shredded oinon
1/2 cup shredded english cucumber
1/4 cup shredded tomoto
1 green Chilli chopped
1/2 tsp chat Masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin and red chilli powder
Salt to taste 1 pinch
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Few apple mint leaves chopped 4 to 5
Directions
Add moong dal sprouts onions, cucumber, tomato and green chilli to whisked yoghurt.
Add all spice powder and coriander and mint leaves and mix well.
Garnish with mint leaves.
