Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup whisked yoghurt


  • 1 cup green moong dal sprouts


  • 1/2 cup shredded oinon


  • 1/2 cup shredded english cucumber


  • 1/4 cup shredded tomoto


  • 1 green Chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp chat Masala


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin and red chilli powder


  • Salt to taste 1 pinch


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • Few apple mint leaves chopped 4 to 5

Directions

  • Add moong dal sprouts onions, cucumber, tomato and green chilli to whisked yoghurt.
  • Add all spice powder and coriander and mint leaves and mix well.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
