Ingredients
Serves 4
Cooking oil 1/4 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Flattened poha 4 cup
Tomato chopped 1 cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Chat masala 1 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Garlic cloves 10
Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Directions
finely chop coriander leaves, tomato, onion, peel garlic cloves and keep ready.
Heat oil, add cumin seeds, let it crackle.
Add garlic cloves fry till golden brown.
Add onion, saute till tender.
Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, saute well for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, mix and fry well.
Add sweet corn and poha.
Mix well by adding chat masala and garam masala, the mixture gets coated well to poha.
Turn off flame, garnish with coriander leaves and serve in hot.
