Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gram khova


  • 50 gram paneer


  • 2tbs maida


  • 2onion


  • 3tomatoes


  • 1tbs ginger garlic paste


  • 1tsp cummin pd


  • 1tbs red chilli pd


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric pd


  • 1/2 tsp garammasala


  • 1/2 tsp cummin pd


  • 2tbs kaju paste


  • 1-2 green chillies


  • 1tbs Coriander leaves


  • 2tbs ghee


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1tsp coriander pd


  • 1bay leaf


  • 2cardamom


  • 2-3 cloves


  • 1/4 tsp shahi jeera

Directions

  • Take khova, paneer and maida in a mixie jar and churn and make a dough
  • Make puree of onion
  • Make puree of tomatoes
  • Take small balls from dough give round shape without any cracks and fry in oil till golden colour
  • In a kadai add 2 tbs ghee n crackle cummin seeds, whole garam masala
  • Add onion paste ,ginger garlic paste and stir till raw smell goes
  • Add tomato puree n cook for 1-minutes
  • Add all the dry masalas n cook till oil separates from gravy.
  • Now add kaju paste, needed add water n cook for 1-2 mins.
  • Add fried jamuns cook another 1 minute
  • Finally add chopped coriander n off thd gas
