Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cabbage

  • 1 cup chopped capsicum

  • 1 cup chopped carrot

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 1 cup chopped beans

  • 1 cup crumbled paneer

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1 tspn oregano

  • 1/2 cup white sauce ( homemade)

  • 3 cheese slice for garnish

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 8 tblspn butter

  • 1/2 glass cold water for kneading

    First make white sauce Take 1/4th cup maida roast a little till it changes the colour now add butter to it now let it cool completely now add half glass cold milk and grated cheese to it mix thoroughly without lumps now cook for 5 minute till it thickens add salt to taste and oregano .Sauce is ready Now chopped all vegetables Mix this white sauce to chopped vegetable and keep a side For tart Take a bowl add WWF to it now add butter and pinch of salt and knead a dough with help of cold water not to soft not to hard.rest for half an hour. Now take a small peda from dough roll like chapati transfer in tart mould cut the edges and bake for 170℃ for 15 min. Now add filling to it spread crumbles paneer to it place slice cheese to it bake for another 5 min serve with ketchup.
