Fresh curd- 2 cup
Chilled water 1/2 cup
Rose syrup 1/3 cup
Sugar- 4 tablespoon
Chopped almonds 2 tablespoon
Crushed ice cubes- 10-15
Rose petals for garnishing 10-12
Take a jar . Add fresh curd, chilled water, sugar, rose syrup and ice cubes and blend it.
Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
Garnish with crushed almonds and rose petals
Yummy rose lassi is ready to enjoy.
