First add the Coconut oil in a sause pan and put the 1/2 tsp mustard. it snaps then add carrot, beetroot, dates (chopped and crushed ),garlic, ginger, green chilly, and curry leaves saute it for 7 mnts.
After 7 mnts add the red chilly powder, pickle powder,vinigar,and salt and it boil switch off the flame and keep it aside. Then in a pan put cumin seed and mustard and dry roast it.And switch off the flame and make a powder to the dry roast ingredients and add the powder in to pickle and mix it well.The pickle is ready.
