Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Green peas (matar) 2 cup

  • Paneer 100g

  • Ginger(adrak) 2 inch peace grated

  • Onion chopoed 2

  • Tomato chopped 2

  • Green chilli chopped 3

  • Oil 2tbsp

  • Fresh milk malai 2tbsp

  • Dry masale-salt 11/2tsp or as per taste

  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

  • Coriander powder 1tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2tsp

  • Water 1 cup

Directions

    Heat cooker add oil

  • 02

    Now add onion,green chilli ,grated ginger

    Stir it continues till little brown

  • 04

    Now add tomato and dry masale

    Add 1/2cup water

  • 06

    Whistle it and cook it on low flame for 5 min

    Turn off gas

    Mash this onion mixture

  • 09

    Now turn on gas add peas and paneer cubes in onion mixture

    Stir it on low flame mix fresh malai

  • 11

    Mix it now add 1/2water mix well

  • 12

    Whisle it again and cook it on low flame for 2 min

    Ready to serve
