Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 250 grams cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup cornflour

  • 1/4 cup maida flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoon ginger,chilly,garlic paste

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1 cup chopped capsicum (three coloured)

  • 3 tablespoon chopped ginger,chilly,garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce

  • 1 tablespoon red chilly sauce

  • 3 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1/4 cup chopped spring garlic

  • 3 tablespoon cornflour slurry

  • 3 tablespoon oil

Directions

    Remove the steams of cauliflower and seperate the florets

  • 02

    In a mixing bowl add flowers,salt,cornflour,Maida,ginger,chilly,garlic paste

    Mix well till all masala coat the florets

  • 04

    Then heat the 2 cup oil,and deep fry all florets till crispy

  • 05

    Now in another pan add oil,ginger,chilly,garlic and onions

    Stir fry1 min.

    Then add chopped Tricolour capsicum,salt,

  • 08

    Add chilly sauce,soya sauce,ketchup,add fried florets and mix well

  • 09

    Now add cornflour slurry,mix 1 min.

    Serve it in serving dish and garnish with chopped spring onions
