In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,chopped spinach,salt,carom seeds,ginger,chilly,garlic paste,garam masala,turmeric powder
Mix well
Make lumpy mixture(no need to add water)
Then make a small size tikki
In a flat pan add 1 teaspoon oil and put tikki
Cook for 2 min.on low heat
Then turn and cook till Brown
Then serve in serving dish with ketchup and regular green chutny
Garnish with coriander
