Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup cheakpea flour


  • 1&1/2 cup chopped spinach


  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon green chilly paste


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds


  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 4 tablespoon oil

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,chopped spinach,salt,carom seeds,ginger,chilly,garlic paste,garam masala,turmeric powder
  • Mix well
  • Make lumpy mixture(no need to add water)
  • Then make a small size tikki
  • In a flat pan add 1 teaspoon oil and put tikki
  • Cook for 2 min.on low heat
  • Then turn and cook till Brown
  • Then serve in serving dish with ketchup and regular green chutny
  • Garnish with coriander
