Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gram bhindi


  • 1 tbs chikpea flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli pd


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric pd


  • 1tsp coriander pd


  • 1/2 tsp aamchoor pd


  • 1 tsp cummin seeds


  • 2 tbs oil


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

Directions

  • Wash and wipe bhindi with kitchen cloth
  • Cut it into 2 pieces
  • In a kadai add oil then put cummin seeds
  • Then add bhindi and fry fir 1-2 minutes
  • Now add chikpea flour
  • All dry masalas
  • Stir and keep on sim fir 1 minute.
  • If needed sprinkle some water
  • Keep again on sim for 1 mins.
  • Stir and add coriander leaves
  • Mix and off the gas.
  • No onion, no ginger garlic easy and tasty sabzi is ready to enjoy.
