Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 200 gram bhindi

  • 1 tbs chikpea flour

  • 1 tsp red chilli pd

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric pd

  • 1tsp coriander pd

  • 1/2 tsp aamchoor pd

  • 1 tsp cummin seeds

  • 2 tbs oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

Directions

    Wash and wipe bhindi with kitchen cloth

  • 02

    Cut it into 2 pieces

  • 03

    In a kadai add oil then put cummin seeds

  • 04

    Then add bhindi and fry fir 1-2 minutes

    Now add chikpea flour

  • 06

    All dry masalas

  • 07

    Stir and keep on sim fir 1 minute.

    If needed sprinkle some water

  • 09

    Keep again on sim for 1 mins.

    Stir and add coriander leaves

    Mix and off the gas.

    No onion, no ginger garlic easy and tasty sabzi is ready to enjoy.
