Wash and wipe bhindi with kitchen cloth
Cut it into 2 pieces
In a kadai add oil then put cummin seeds
Then add bhindi and fry fir 1-2 minutes
Now add chikpea flour
All dry masalas
Stir and keep on sim fir 1 minute.
If needed sprinkle some water
Keep again on sim for 1 mins.
Stir and add coriander leaves
Mix and off the gas.
