Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 5 sprigs of saffron


  • 1 cup rice


  • 4 whole peppercorns


  • 2 cloves


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1/2 cup peas


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cup slices of potato


  • 1 cup cauliflower florets


  • 1 cup slices of onion


  • 1 cup cubes of paneer


  • 1 cup bread cut in cubes


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 cup curd


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 /2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp nuts (mix)


  • 2 tbsp trutti frutti


  • 1 tomato slices


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 stick of cinnemon


  • 4 cloves of garlic

Directions

  • Soak rice in water
  • Soak saffron in milk
  • Take water in pan and add all whole spices and rice boil them
  • Add peas also
  • When prepare sieve them
  • Add ghee,salt and pepper powder keep aside
  • Heat butter and oil in pan fry nuts and take them out
  • Fry potato slices,cauliflour,paneer and bread slices one by one and take them out
  • Then fry onion slices till brown
  • In same pan add whole masala
  • Take curd and add all spices in it mix them
  • Add this curd mix in pan and stir
  • Mix all fried vegetables and bread
  • Mix all of them in curd
  • Now for assembling take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of curd masala
  • Add 2 tbsp rice and dizzle saffron milk
  • Then add slices of tomato and trutti frutti and nuts
  • Again add all in same manner and make layers
  • Top with rice and garnish with nuts, coriander leaves,trutti frutti and cherries
