  • 2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1/2 bowl milk

  • 2 tspn butter

  • 1 big cauliflower

  • Red and yellow bell pepper 2 pcs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tspn garam masala

  • 1 tspn bhuna jeera powder

  • 1 tspn chilli flakes

  • 1 tspn ginger garlic paste

    Mix maida butter salt n milk n make smooth dough now keep a side for half an hour. For stuffing Take wok add oil now add ginger garlic paste now add grated cauliflower chopped bell pepper sauté for few minutes now add all Masala n cook for 5 min it's ready .let it cool Now roll the maida spread some butter n flour as fold like book method do like this for three times now lastly roll it cut from sides n cut triangle cut from bottom little bit stuff filling n roll it now bake it for 180°C for 20 min serve with coffee or tea.
