Ingredients

  • Ingredients for veg balls-1/2cup chopped carrot

  • 1/2cup chopped capsicum

  • 1/2cup chopped cabage

  • 2tbsp all perpous flour

  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder

  • Salt as per taste or 1/2tsp

  • 1tsp soya sause

  • 1tsp tomato sauce

  • 1/2tsp green chilli sauce

  • 1/2tsp ginger ,garlic paste oil for deep frying

  • Ingredients for greavy or tadka-oil 1tsp

  • Curry leaves 8 to 10

  • Grated ginger 1/2tsp

  • Schezwan chatni 2tsp

  • Tomato sauce 1tbsp

  • Soya sauce 1tsp

  • Green chilli sauce 1tsp

  • Water 1 cup

  • Cornflour 2tsp

  • Chopped garlic 6 to 7

Directions

    Mix all ingredients of veg balls make dough

  • 02

    Make little equal ball from dough

  • 03

    Deep fry in hot oil on low flame till crispy

    Now keep aside all veg balls

    Heat pan add oil ,curry leaves and chopped garlic

    Stir it 30 second

    Now add my magical ingredient schezwan chatni

    All types of sauces

    Take 1 cup water mix cornflour in it

    Pour this in greavy mix well

  • 11

    Add manchurian balls cook it 1 min on low flame without lid

    Serve hot its crispy and different taste
