penne pasta 5 cups
mince chicken 1 cups
large tomato (blanched) 1 nos
large onions finely chopped 2 nos
garlic chopped finely 4 nos
chilly flakes 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
meat masala 1 tsp
cube cheese 1 nos
mixed herbs 1 tsp
salt or as required 1 1/2 tsp
butter 1 tsp
Take some oil and butter in a pan. Add some garlic and let it burn a little
Add onions and add some salt on it. Mix it well and wait till it turns brown.Now puree tomato and add into the pan.
When mixture leaves oil add mince chicken and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta till al dante and drain it.
When mixture is done add garam masala, meat masala and pasta. Mix it and cover for 5 minutes
Add herbs, chilly flakes , and lots of cheese. Cover it for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with more cheese on top and add a dash of oluve oil and oregano . Garnish with mint leaves.
