  • 5 cups penne pasta

  • 1 cups mince chicken

  • 1 nos large tomato (blanched)

  • 2 nos large onions finely chopped

  • 4 nos garlic chopped finely

  • 1 tsp chilly flakes

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp meat masala

  • 1 nos cube cheese

  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt or as required

  • 1 tsp butter


  • Take some oil and butter in a pan. Add some garlic and let it burn a little
  • Add onions and add some salt on it. Mix it well and wait till it turns brown.Now puree tomato and add into the pan.
  • When mixture leaves oil add mince chicken and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta till al dante and drain it.
  • When mixture is done add garam masala, meat masala and pasta. Mix it and cover for 5 minutes
  • Add herbs, chilly flakes , and lots of cheese. Cover it for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with more cheese on top and add a dash of oluve oil and oregano . Garnish with mint leaves.
