Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1 tspn baking soda

  • 1 tspn baking powder

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1 tspn grinded sugar

  • 1 glass milk or water for kneading dough

  • 1 bowl grated paneer

  • 1 tspn garam masala

  • 1 tspn chiili flakes

  • 2 tblspn chopped corriander leaves

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a big bowl to make a smooth dough now rest it for atleast 2 hrs. For stuffing Grate paneer add salt red chilli flakes and garam masala corriander leaves mix together. Now take a small peda roll it add stuffing close it now apply little water stick some kalaunji and coriander leaves roll like chapati and put it on preheated oven bake till done apply ghee or butter and serve with curry or paneer vegetable or as u like..
