Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup rawa


  • 2 cup curd


  • 1 large onion finely chopped


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 pinch chat masala


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt or as required

Directions

  • Take a bowl and mix all ingredients properly. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Add some water if required and divide mixture into small portions.
  • Give it shape of a mendu wada or pakoda and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with chilled curd chutney with a dash of cumin powder and chilly flakes with hot wada.
