Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg paneer

  • 100 gm cashewnuts

  • 100 gm almond

  • 1 pinch orange food colour

  • 3 tblspn all purpose flour

  • 2 tblspn cornflour

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 /2 liter of oil for fry

  • 6 big onion

  • 5 big tomatoes

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 6 garlic pod

  • 1 tspn turmeric powder

  • 4 tblspn mdh paneer masala

  • 1 green chilly

  • 1 small bowl curd

  • 1/2 bowl cream

  • 1 tspn kashmiri mirch

    First soak cashewnut and almond in hot water for 10 min After that grind in mixer to make a thin paste. Cut paneer in cubes now take 1 pcs slit from center do like rest of all. Fill this paste in all cubes keep a side. Now make a slurry Take all purpose flour and cornflour add colour and salt now add water to make a paste it not should be so thin or not thick.now dip paneer in this batter and fry till brown. For gravy Take a mixture jar add all ingredients one by one except (khade masale) and churn till it get smooth. Now take a wok add oil to it now add khade masale grated ginger and garlic now add khade masale when it cracle add grinded masala to it cook till it leaves oil now add curd and cream to it now add cashwe and almond paste now add water and cook till it thickens.garnish with cream and corriander leaves When u have to serve then add stuffed paneer in hot gravy then serve otherwise it became soggy enjoy with kulcha or naan
