Wash and soak rice and pulse together for 6 hours
Now grind and keep for 2 hours to ferment
Now add 1/2 teaspoon salt in it
Add baking soda
Mix well
Add water if needed to make a thick batter
Grease the uttappam pan
Spread a laddle full of batter
Sprrad chopped vegetables over it
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder
Flip it and cook from both sides
When golden serve with chutney of your choice
