Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup boiled palak


  • 1/2 cup boiled chana daal


  • 1/2 cup besan


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 4 tbsp Oil for frying koftas


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds


  • 2 cloves


  • 4 whole peppercorns


  • 1/2 tspp hing


  • 1 cup chop onion


  • 1 tsp chop ginger


  • 4 cloves of garlic


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 tsp salt1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 Onion rings

Directions

  • Take all kofta ingredents in a bowl
  • Mix all of them finely
  • Heat oil make kofta and fry them
  • Now add whole spices in same oil
  • Add ginger and garlic saute them
  • Take curd and mix all spices in it
  • When onion cooked add curd mix and stir continuously
  • Add koftas and cook till 5 min.
  • Add garam masala
