Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 grams Tinde


  • 2 teaspoon oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon dry mango powder


  • 2 tablespoons fresh malai


  • 2 green chillies


  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves to garnish

Directions

  • Wash , peel and chopped tinde into quarterhalves
  • Now put a vok on medium heat
  • Add oil in it
  • Add cumin seeds and turmeric powder
  • Add chopped tinde in it
  • Add 1/2 cup of water in it
  • Cover with a lid and let it cook on sim heat
  • When the vegetable is soft add all the spices
  • Mix well
  • Add malai
  • Add dry mango powder and chopped green chillies
  • Mix well and turn off the heat
  • Serve with chapati
