Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 500 grams Tinde

  • 2 teaspoon oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon dry mango powder

  • 2 tablespoons fresh malai

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves to garnish

Directions

    Wash , peel and chopped tinde into quarterhalves

  • 02

    Now put a vok on medium heat

  • 03

    Add oil in it

  • 04

    Add cumin seeds and turmeric powder

  • 05

    Add chopped tinde in it

  • 06

    Add 1/2 cup of water in it

  • 07

    Cover with a lid and let it cook on sim heat

    When the vegetable is soft add all the spices

    Mix well

    Add malai

  • 11

    Add dry mango powder and chopped green chillies

    Mix well and turn off the heat

  • 13

    Serve with chapati
