In a cooker add cauliflower,carrot,peas, cabbage, spring onions, ½ Tomato, 1 glass water and salt. Give it a whistle.
Take a wok and heat oil add asafoetida, cumin seeds, Everest tikha laal, onions and garlic paste and roast.
Add tomato, mix potato, add boiled vegetables, Everest pav bhaji masala, salt and lemom juice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish with butter and corriander.
Add butter on a pan and roast pav
Serve hot bhaji with pav.
