Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup rice boiled

  • 2 onion long potato long cut

  • 3 green chilli paste

  • 4 tometo pyuri

  • 1 capsicum long cut

  • 1 carrot long cut

  • 1 /2 cup cauliflower long cut

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1/4 cup kaju fry

  • 1/4 cup paneer fry

  • 2 tbsp red chilli pwd

  • 2 tsp biryani masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 /2 tsp of red orange colour

  • 1/2 tsp p of green colour

  • 1 /2 tsp yellow colour

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp ghee

    First take a pan heat oil

    Put onion chopped

    When it is light brown add ginger garlic and green chilli paste saute it

    add all veggies

    Add tometo pyuri

    When it is thick add a cup of curd

    Mix well

    Add salt and all masala

    Now close the gas

    Now take rice divide in three part

    Add one part red orange colour

    Add second part green and third part add yellow colour

    Takeva pan heat ghee

    Spread red colour

    Now spread veggies greavy on it

    Cover it with yello colour

    Spread some paneer cubes and kaju fry

    Repid this prosses ones again

    At the last yellow layer spread paneer and kaju

    Spread 1 tsp ghee on it

    Put on slow flame for 10 min

    Now ready tiranga pulav

    Hot serve with raita
