Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup Cooked rice


  • 1/2 cup blanched and sliced carrot


  • 1/2 cup blanch beans


  • 1 cup diced bellpapers


  • 1/2 cup blanched baby corn


  • 1/2 cup diced onion


  • 1/2 cup broccoli


  • 1/2 cup Paneer ( long cubes)


  • 1/4 cup blanched sweet corn


  • 8-10 nos cabbage leaves( blanched)


  • 1/2 cup Chopped bell peppers


  • 1/2 cup Chopped spring onion


  • 1/4 cup Chopped ginger


  • 1/4 cup Chopped garlic


  • 1/4 cup Chopped green chillies


  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce


  • 1/4 cup red chilly sauce


  • 3-4 tbsp vinegar


  • 2-3 tbsp paprika sauce


  • 1-2 tbsp crushed pepper


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1-2 tbsp Salt


  • 1 cup oil


  • 2-3 tbsp butter


  • 2 nos potato sliced


  • 1/2 cup fried noodles


  • 1/4 cup alcohol

Directions

  • For the rice. .heat a Kadhai with little butter, add little chopped garlic, ginger and chillies.
  • add sweet corn chopped bell peppers ,add the rice followed by Crush paper and salt .Sprinkle some chopped spring onion give it a stirand keep aside
  • similarly for the vegetables, heat some butter in a Kadai add chopped garlic ginger chillies followed by veggies, Sprinkle salt and crushed paper stir fry and keep aside
  • For the PANEER and Baby corn manchuria - add some soya sauce, cornflour, salt and black pepper to the paneer and blanched babycorns. Marinate for 10 minutes and deep fry them on hot oil. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil add chopped ginger garlic and Chillies. Add soya sauce followed by vinegar, pinch of sugar. Bring up to boil and fried babycorn and paneer, toss well and keep aside.
  • For potato wedges - part boil the potato slices and then deep fry them. Sprinkle salt and crushed pepper on the top
  • For the gravy - heat some oil butter in a Kadhai add chopped ginger and garlic. Add diced onion saute and then add the diced bellpaper, then add Paprika sauce ,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar . Add crushed paper, salt, sugar and soya sauce. Stir and add water, bring upto boil and keep aside
  • Deep fry the noodles in hot oil and strain it
  • For the arranging heat the iron Skillet. Place blanched cabbage leaves in a four parts. Put four cooked things in each leaf, cooked rice, veggies, noodles and paneer baby corn manchuria. Place the wedges as well.
  • Now pour the sauce in top of all of them and sprinkles spring onions on the top
  • Add little alcohol on the side of hot iron skillet. when it starts smoking place the skillet on the wooden platter and serve.
