Fristly prepare dough,in a mixing large bowl take 2cup plain flour,1/2 tsp salt.pour in 2tbsp hot oil,over flour and crumble.add in water as required and prepare dough.prepare smooth and soft dough adding water as required.
Now pinch a ball sized dough and flatten it.dust flour as required and roll slightly tick.pick the flattend dough with fork.
Place a small katori or cup and wrap the dough.trim off excess making sure the dough has covered well.
Deep fry in hot oil.splash oil till the katori separates from the dough.
Now fry the katori dough till it turn golden and cripsy.drain off over kitche paper and keep aside.
Prepare chaat by assembling katori in a plate.
Add in 1/2 cup boiled yellow chickpeas boiled,1 cup boiled patato cubed,pour green chutney,add onion chopped,tamarind chuntney and curd.
Also sprinkle spices red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and black salt(as required) and sprinkle chaat masala.
Garnish with sev and roasted peanuts.finally serve katori chaat immediately.
