Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • for kofte outer cover-boil spinach 1/2 cup


  • Gramflour 1tsp


  • Salt 1/4tsp or as per taste


  • Red chilli powder 1/8tsp


  • For kofta filling-grated paneer 2tbsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp


  • Salt 2 pinch


  • Black peppet 2 pinch


  • Oil for 2 cup or as required for frying


  • For greavy-onion chopped 1


  • Tomato grinded 2


  • Ginger ,garlic,green chilli paste 1/2tsp


  • Dry masale-salt,red chilli powder 1/2tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp for greavy


  • Coriander powder 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1tsp for greavy


  • Water 1 cup


  • Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp


  • Green chilli chopped 2


  • Fresh milk cream 1/2cup


  • Oil 1tbsp

Directions

  • Mix outer cover ingredientes make soft dough
  • Now mix kofta filling ingredientes
  • Take spinach mixture in little quantity on palm
  • Add filling mixture little quantity
  • Make ball with help of palm
  • Now make all balls
  • Deep fry till little brown n crispy
  • For greavy-take a pan add oil
  • Now add onion and green chilli
  • 2 min cook it
  • Now add tomatoes and dry ingredientes
  • Cook it fir 2 min add milk cream mix well
  • Add water coriander leaves
  • Cook it for 5 min on low flame
  • Turn off gas
  • When you want to serve then cut kofta in center
  • Put it in bowl add greavy
  • Serve hot
