Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Onions 2 chopped

  • Tomato 2 chopped

  • Green chilli 2

  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped

  • Carrot 1 chopped

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Urad daal 1 cup

  • Rice 3 cup

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Soak daal and rice overnight

  • 02

    Next day grind it in mixer

  • 03

    Let it ferment completely

  • 04

    Chop all the veges

  • 05

    Heat little oil in tawa

  • 06

    Pour a laddle full of batter for the body and a small amount of batter for face of birdie

    Add all chop veges over it

  • 08

    Add red chilli powder and salt in it

    Cook on both sides

  • 10

    Garnish with coriander leaves

  • 11

    Make legs with carrot pieces
