  • Tamarind -100 gm

  • Boiled Potato-1

  • Onion-1

  • Green Chilli -2

  • Coriander leaves chopped -1tbsp

  • Powder Sugar-1 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder -1/2 tbsp

  • Roasted Cumin Seeds -1tbsp

  • Chaat Masala-1/2 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste

    Put the tamarind in hot water and rest it for 2 hours until the tamarind become soft and its pulp leave the seeds.

    Meanwhile, boil the potato, grind the sugar, chop the onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.

    After 2 hours, take out the pulp and sieve it by adding little water to it. Add powdered sugar, red chilli powder, chaat masala,roasted cumin seeds, salt and 1 cup of water to it, mix it well. Then add chopped potatoes, onions, green chilli and coriander leaves into it. Mix it well and then serve it.
