Wash and soak whole wheat for 4 hours.
Drain the water, add all ingredients except cooking oil in mixie jar.
Grind smoothly.
Transfer the batter into a vessel.
Heat an iron tava, grease oil, pour laddle full of batter.
Spread evenly, cover and cook for 3 minutes in medium flame.
Sprinkle some oil on top, flip and cook for 2 minutes, remove and serve in hot.
