Ingredients
Serves 4
1 kamal kakdi Peeled and chopped
2 onion chopped
4 tometo chopped
2 green chilli chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli pwd
2 tsp coriander pwd
1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp sabji masala
1 tbsp oil
Directions
First peel kamalkakdi
Make short pieces
Whistle it 4
Take a cooker heat oil
Add chopped onion and green chilli
Saute it till brown
Put tometo chopped
Add 1 cup water
Whistle it 2
Open the lid
Beat it with beeter
Add kamal kakdi
Add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd,garam masala ,sabji masala and salt
Saute it till oil comes out
Now add 2 cup water
Whistle it 4 Now open the lid
Serve it with fulka or rice
