Soak the bullet rice,basmathi rice along with moong dhal,bengal gram dhal,yellow lentil dhal for 1 hour
Soak sago and barley together in a seperate bowl for 1 hour
Cut the coconuts into pieces
In a cooker vessel add 1 litre of water and vannila flavour.Add cardamom.Bring to boil.
Add the rice and dhal mixture along with sago and barley mixture
Close with a lid and steam for 15 minutes
After half boiled,add half litre of milk,jaggery blocks and palm candies
Boil for another 15 minutes.Stir occassionally
After completely boiled add Conconut pieces and sugar candies.Mix well and serve
Mixed dhal pongal is ready
